做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
