做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
