做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
